So here is my progress so far on fiber: Goal 25 per day Monday.....11 Tuesday.....13 I am hoping these numbers will change, since today I'm on a restricted 1200 caloric intake and yesterday, it was a holiday out and we went to a theme park. Great work everyone!

I just took my measurements for this week, and it's so exciting to see the measurements go down, even if the weight is taking its sweet time. Progress in measurements is progress in something. Wohoo....way to rock it everyone this week!

Saturday: 30 minutes of cardio 10 glasses of water Sunday: 12 glasses of water. WOAH MAN :D I'm switching my saturday for sunday, since saturday is my rest day. So.... Saturday I drank 16 cups of water, and that's completed. I'm on my way to complete Sunday's challenge.

I'm happy to say that I've completed this week's challenges. The situps were really hard to do, because I haven't done them in a while...but I did it..so thank you for this challenge. I completed: 70 crunches 70 situps 70 pushups 70 lunges on each leg 70 jumping jacks wohooo...keep rocking it everyone....we can do this!!!!

Thursday: 9 cups of water 20 minutes of strength training I've completed today's challenges and drank 16 cups of water, and the 20 minutes of strength training are including in the P90X Legs and Back I did this morning. Team: Fit & Victorious You guys rock!!!!!

I did really well with the water challenge. I drank 112 oz of water each day from Monday to Sunday. That is 14 cups per day, for a total of 98 cups, or 784 oz. I'm headed to the new thread for this week's challenge.
