Wednesday's challenge -Stay under calories: I can do this one -15 minutes of strength training: going to have to do atleast 15 minutes during lunch at my work gym. Didn't have this planned today, but I can fit it in. I'll post back later on my success.

I agree with khodes. You might want to challenge your body and change things up a bit and add more exercises. A combination of cardio and weights is the best.
