My goals for this month: 1. lose 3 to 5 pounds. 2. go to the gym 3 week nights a week and 1 weekend day a week 3. allow myself leeway on the weekends without being discouraged 4. one no guilt cheat day per week

that's what worries me is MFP is telling me more calories burned for my cardio and such your fitbit is accurate on like machines? treadmills ellipticals etc

thanks! I was def thinking a smoothie would be a good option and maybe getting one of those mini blenders for my desk since I usually wait til I get to work to eat anyway I'm gonna have to look for those sausages the only ones I've seen are like 160 calories for one

I feel like constantly weighing myself is something I've struggled with... I'm finally getting better at it. I'm thinking maybe once a week would be good for me, like consistently the same day every week (and if I do happen to slip up and do it a different day that one won't count towards what I'm tracking) we shall see…
