I have a Garmin FR60. It has a chest strap and a foot pod for distance. I like it a lot. It was around $100.

I agree that your calories are low. I also noticed your macro breakdown....fats are the highest? I would add more protein. I know you want to keep carbs low, so maybe 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs? Just a thought.

It seems pretty accurate to me.

It sounds very low to me. I burn about 90 calories per mile when I run and I run pretty slow (10 min mile) and don't weigh a lot. So I probably would have burned over 1400. I'm not sure how that would compare to your burn.

Awesome! Thanks!

I buy the cheap stuff. I shop at Kroger and they have Body Fortress Whey for about $20 and I just opened one from Target (Market Pantry) for around the same price. The protein is high, the carbs and sugars are low. I'm not sure the advantage to buying one of the pricier brands.

I add a scoop of protein powder into oatmeal, greek yogurt, pudding, etc. I'm usually over on my protein because of this. Oh and cottage cheese has quite a bit of protein. I also make my own protein balls for a chocolate fix and make homemade Lara bars to get healthy fats in.
