  • Im new to here also, I have been bringing WW or Healthy Choice for lunch. But I still have chips for snack or sometimes a soda. I did go back to the gym yesterday and I did the eliptical for 25minutes. Tonight Im going back and do the spin class. I need to lose 30-40lbs. I need help and encouragement to stick with it
