Thanks guys. I'll try to take it slower when I am indoors (in AC) and see if it helps me out. Thankfully I work out outside almost daily.. indoors is just an occasional thing.

Here is some pics I have of my work outs.. It varies day to day. I love circuit.. but I work out with 2 other ladies. One who is in excellent shape, one with about 40lbs to loose and me with 100 more to loose. (We all do the same workout)

I am not sure but I use a mixture of DoTerra's lavender, peppermint, and frankincense oils and it works in less than a minute. OTC don't work for me either.

It can be really hard. I really do understand. Frozen veggies are cheap. Bananas, kiwi, cantaloupe are cheap. Pasta, whole grain can be found for the same price in my area. If you can't find a way to make what you feel is healthier options work on your budget.. just eat what you can afford.. and count your calories and…
