On so based on my stats my final number comes out at 2078 ( lightly active) !! That seems ridiculous.! Am I right in thinking this is just food intake.. and my workouts are not part if this number. Oh my. I can' t get my head around this.

Don't know if anyone else mentioned these but have you tried Pretzel Crisps. 110 calories for 11 chips and 0 fat. They are good with EVERYTHING!!! I got mine at Safeway near the deli section/ special dietary needs aisle.
