Ive have been doing a Kettle bell classes every saturday for about 6 months and love it. We train IKFF.net style. I love them I even started doing a little juggling with them. My only advice is FORM FORM FORM. once you get that down start adding weight. You can really hurt yourself if you do them wrong.

Powdered ranch mixed with greek yogurt. A little thick so you can thin it out a little with water. In my opinion tastes better than regular ranch.

Bump I am interested too. My weight in for my boot camp contest is 3/2 and I am doing everything I can too win. I need the money so I can go out and by new dress pants, shirts and ties I am swimming in my old stuff! I heard the same thing. Low carb for a few days before but additional insight would be helpful. I just got my shipment in of PB2 and added it to my protein shake its awesome. Gonna try rehydrating as peanut butter this weekend but the chocolate in my shake is great.
