Bootcamp competition! weigh in day tips anyone??

I entered a bootcamp competition January 7th. Weigh in day is next tuesday. (As well as our body fat% and fitness test)
I dont cheat myself on weigh in days for myself, but when it comes to winning something, any little bit helps! (an ipad and makeover, yes please!)

Just wondering, should I drink more water than usual the night before? or less? what foods to eat or avoid (low carb and sodium of course!)

Any tips are appreciated!

    Not sure about the water, but my brother does very low carb a few days before wrestling meets to make weight. I'd say it's worth it in the name of an ipad and a makeover! However, I know this goes without saying, but just yanno, don't starve yourself!

    oh gosh no! Ill still eat my recommended calories! ive been eating pretty low carb lately anyways, (for me anyways) I'll stick to that plan, no sandwiches for lunch or pasta for dinner :)

    Bump I am interested too. My weight in for my boot camp contest is 3/2 and I am doing everything I can too win. I need the money so I can go out and by new dress pants, shirts and ties I am swimming in my old stuff!

    I heard the same thing. Low carb for a few days before but additional insight would be helpful.

    Im really curious about my water intake. I currently drink 8-12 glasses a day. Should I up it? or dirnk less?
