I haven't used it in a while because I had some surgery.. but I can't wait to get back into it! I love the different scenes and the songs especially that Grace Potter one! It reminds me a little of my dance burlesque class!! :)

A variation to try and ups the protein a bit-- instead of the sauce-- mix some minced garlic with ricotta cheese and spread it on the flatout- chicken, spinach, and mozz on top- hot sauce- SO GOOD :)

awesome! Thanks for posting- I want to try to make this stuff- I just saw some excellent recipes at bodybuilding.com. they incorporate coconut milk.. I love the unsweetened stuff but its nice to see the steps all laid out the way you posted!

Honestly, I take a block of that frozen winter squash heat it up, add some spices or more veggies and then just have that over chicken! I love it!

I agree. If it's the carbonation, do this. If its the actual Dr. Pepper or Cola.. lipsmackers has chapstick with both of those flavors, sometimes just smelling something settles my cravings. It's funny how taste and smell go hand in hand. Try it?

When it says pieces its a roll cut up into usually 6 or 8/9 pieces depending on the roll. Salmon and Avocado is pretty good, a lot of healthy fats. The rice might be the killer depending on what else you had today.. I like to get sashimi ( which is just the pieces of fish by themselves) or try and get brown rice with my…

I haven't really looked for any health and fitness ones, but I have been listening to other ones that have been pretty good. Any suggestions on those? I've just started listening to some on my commute and I like them a lot, anything by Carolla Digital, a lot of science stuff, NPR, etc.

For all the people listing street- I'm interested what you do if it's snowy/but with ice? I've tried to run outside and its ok if its just snow but the ice makes it so hard.. being the biggest klutz ever, I feel like I'm always going to slip and fall.
