I use it not only sweet wise. But other uses too such as to mellow out Chicken Tortilla Soup, and pretty much anything I would use sour cream on. It's fantastic!

I had a major setback when I came down with pnuemonia so I'm actually starting c25k over. However I am doing Buffalo's TURKEY TROT :) its the OLDEST FOOTRACE IN AMERICA!!! How could I not? Haha, I'll prob walk most of it, but it's my favorite thing to do every Thanksgiving morning.

Do you make protein shakes, or shakes at all for that matter... throw a couple handfuls of spinach in there.. you can't taste it at all, especially with fruit added I love raspberries in mine.

I'll basically eat anything EXCEPT brown sugar. And usually maple syrup except on waffles sometimes. Brown sugar/maple syrup anything.. grosses me right out. If I don't like something its not like oh hey I don't like it. I HATE it. blech.
