I'm in... google tells me it is 80.5km for us here in Australia using the metric system... that seems a bit more scary! Happy to have an extra fitness goal for motivation :)

If it was easy then we would all be skinny already. Losing weight is a yucky thing to have to do, but will be so worth it in the end! I'm loving the motivation and support from this site... feel free to add me :)

I am pretty bad around that time of the month too.... craving and usually eating lots more naughty foods. If you can't control the urges then just let yourself have ONE bad day where you have some chocolate and dont beat yourself up. Make sure you limit it to one day, do extra exercise (this will probably help in itself)…

You have made the first step so just stick with it. Get really involved in the site and seeing other people in the same boat will hopefully keep you motivated - that's what I'm hoping for anyways! I'm exactly the same when I get a bit downhearted, I give up. NOT THIS TIME! Add me if you want to be a weight loss buddy :)

I did exactly the same and joined last YEAR but didn't even last a week. Perhaps because I didn't get involved in the site properly? This time I plan to get into the whole community vibe and hope that the support and motivation will help... Add me if u want :)

Awesome... I'm in too. Need soooo much motivation and never been part of an online group so maybe this will be the one thing that works for me?! Fingers crossed. 1200 calories... seems scary but that prob means it will work. Will weigh myself in the morning and start then. It's on :)
