I missed last Friday's workouts. Was going to do it over the weekend, but was lazy :( However, I'm back at it today! Did couch 2 5k this afternoon, and TBC tonight.

Week 2 day 1 alpha cardio done. I pushed myself too hard in the beginning, so had to modify a lot. HR monitor said I burned 320 calories.

Just completed week 1 alpha cardio and lower focus. I'm seriously so proud of myself. I never seem to stick to anything, and the fact that I did 5 days in a row is amazing! My hr monitor said I burned 605 calories too :)

Hi everyone, Today was my first workout of Alpha. I am not in the best shape, plus getting over a chest cold, but completed it. Had to modify a lot of the moves, but my HR monitor said I burned 350 calories. Glad I was able to complete it.

I just worked out on my Gazelle glider for the first time today. Purchased mine from QVC under the name XL Glider 2. I wore a Polar HRM and quickly got my HR up to my fat burning zone.
