totally LOVE mine, I had the fitbit force but it was recalled, so got the fitbit zip... I forgot it at home today and I feel lost! always wear it, it's an awesome accountability tool!

luv the BBV..... I do at least one a day (breakfast), then one for dinner....makes me feel like i'm having a big ol bowl of ice cream (when you blend it with ice and use one of the yummy recipes).... highly recommend..

In my opinion, you have to find what works for you, a balance with nutrition and exercise. MFP says I should eat 1200 cal/day. I have a desk job 8-5, If I do, I DO NOT loose, I generally keep mine between 1000-1100..... I think age has ALOT to do with it too, the older you are, the harder it is to loose b/c your metabolism…

I reached my goal a couple months ago and am still treating myself... but not with food. I wake up at 6:30, i'm generally eating breakfast by 8:30. I struggle to get it 1200 cal/day, if I didn't start eating until noon, I never would get close to that 1200 mark, I could probably increase my meals as far as calories, but then I would feel like crap..... still gotta have breakfast though, coffee is always first!…

Using a HRM is the most accurate way to know how many calories you are burning. I guess MFP is behind on the the times.....Zumba has certain overcome Aerobics by leaps and bounds! GO ZUMBA!

I was having cramps, ongoing bleeding discharge etc...... I opted for the ablation, Oct 2010, havent had a period since, although I still have some of the monthly symptoms (an occasional migraine, food cravings)..... but have been totally happy/satisfied with it! good luck to you!
