I'm in for at LEAST 64 today :drinker:

I'm glad Tracy went home, even the host said at the elimination that the choices she made in the beginning has come back to bite her. Tracy admitted she was in it to win it and even Daniel called her out as she was sitting on the steps. I do have to agree with Shay that Liz'z plea didn't sound like she cared whether she…

I'm not into the show as much now as I was when it first started. I do record it and then watch it either later that night or the next day. Now I find myself fast forwarding thru a lot of the "garbage" and getting right down to the weigh in. The weigh ins and the challenges are my favorite parts

Speaking of apples, I was told they were good in the mornings and give you more energy than a cup of coffee.

Amanda89, you and I are in the same boat. At 110lbs I need to lost my jelly belly but have skinny arms, average size legs and a small frame. I will be watching this thread for suggestions as well. :drinker:

I bought a belt that came with a water bottle and for me, it was the worst purchase ever. That things swings around my waste and bounces up and town and gets in my way. I need to get a backpack one I see people use.

I only got up to 64oz yesterday :embarassed:
-
Up to 48oz :drinker:

Try looking at www.fitbit.com for $99 and a free account. The bugg and the fitbit are different in some ways so make sure you get what is right for you
-
Me too! :grumble:
-
It uses 3D just like the Wii does. I'd be interested to try it for a whole $99 vs $300 PLUS dollars for a bugg that you in addition to that have to pay every month for an account and it doesn't track your sleep. I do have to agree that these devices are not for every one and it's clear on the site that it's just for…

From what I understand the bodybugg is for people who want to lose a lot of weight and is more focused on that. Yes there's a charge for the monthly account with the body bugg and I don't know that I like the bugg sticking out like a store thumb on my arm. The fitbit is tiny and I like the fact that it monitors your sleep.…

Same here! I'm loving my F4

I'm going to try again for today, I did not do well at all yesterday :grumble: Let's see how I do today but I have to chug water down at room temperature. I can not drink it cold :drinker:
-
Yes! I also felt that Shays relationship was forced with those boys and done just for the show. OTOH how come the little boy was crying when she left? Make me wonder. I also wanted to slap Tracy when she was yelling and instructing them while digging for those keys  Dina looks great and it was so cool to see her…

I read a lot of good things on here about whey protein. Anyone tried muscle milk? I have and like it but was told it has a lot of sugar in it compared to other protein drinks. Maybe that's why I like the taste
-
Anyone watch it last night? I cried when I saw the black team go home and see their families. I can't believe Daniel gained a pound :noway: Looks like some people are starting to re-like Tracy :grumble:

Supposedly the "zone" it sets for you based on your info is supposed to be where you need to be to get the most effective workout.
-
I SOOOOOO need to be in on this!! :drinker: BUUUUT I have one question, I was told you should drink half your body weight in water on a daily basis. At 110lbs I should be drinking only 55oz of water. Is there any harm in drinking too much water?
-
Ok this post has me cracking up!! Thank you, I needed that laugh today

I'm loving this new toy and my birthday is next month. I gotta tell hubby about this :drinker:

I've heard nothing but good things about why

Bump

Spoke with someone today about it and was told that protein drinks are to rebuild back the muscles you're tearing up when doing weight lifting and such. That the recovery drinks are good for non-weight lifting workouts such as cardio etc...
-
That's what I'm trying to figure out, can I take it after doing only cardio or is it for muscle recovery so I would only need it if I'm doing weight and tearing up muscle?
-
I love weighing myself but made a big mistake buying a $7.99 non-digital scale from Walmart. I have very bad vision and when I stand on the scale I can't see the tiny lines between the 5lb marks

Try to put your hair in a pony tail, preferably a bun and wear a cotton material bandana. Like a scarf on your head. Being it's cotton it will soak up "some" of the sweat. Hope that helps a bit.
-
I've also heard that drinking a LOT of water can be a good detoxifier :drinker:
-
I like the scale at the gym (I used to be a member of) and Dr's office that's the manual one you slide the metal weight across until it balanaces

I drink Heed Sports Drink by Hammer Nutrition before and during exercise
