I didn't realize that a colonoscopy only views the last 6 feet

Glad you mentioned warm water, I also heard from a friend of mine (who owns his own gym) say in the mornings to drink a cup of lukewarm water with 1 lemon squeezed in it. The taste is something you have to get used to but it works.

I know I am late on this but I was out of town this past week. I recorded it and just watched it today. I was crying so much when Abby made her call home and was telling her mom that she climbed a mountain and 2 butterflies were following her

Don't know that I followed it from the beginning last year so I don't remember Nicole. I don't know, just kinda seems like a double edged sword to me. One one hand, you want to work hard (for obvious reasons) and to make sure you stay above the yellow line. OTOH you get punished for working hard, since that send off a…

I have a pair of under armour sneakers that I LOVE but I don't do much running/jogging. Mostly walking so I can't really make a good recommendation about them

Recorded the show and finally got a chance to watch it last night. I was bawling my eyes out after that lady lost her WHOLE family to a car accident  On another note, I think Julio should've been sent home last night. It made me kind of upset to hear the reasons why people picked Alexandra, they were saying because…

I bought my mother in law a pair of New Balance running shoes from Sports Authority. They were in your $55 price range and she loves them!

That's ok, it's not your fault  I think I can manually enter the numbers in instead of it transmitting from the HRM. No biggie :drinker:

I'm not a big fan of yogurt either but I realized last night in the store that Fiber One makes a yogurt, not just bars. I had a coupon for $1.00 off a 6 pack so I got the Key Lime Pie flavor and it was surprisingly good.
-
I agree, I can't see myself spending that much on them although they sound like they're worth every penny.

My kids love bananas and the banana muffin with applesauce sounds really good! I will have to look around for a recipe.

Online Polar Account?? The information I googled and the information in the manual is very vague. Unless I'm just dumb and not understanding

+1 I have the Strawberry flavored muscle milk and I mix it with skim milk. It tastes better with milk than with water.
-
That would be in addition to the workout  I do it sometimes when I'm walking around at work but not sure it was making a difference doing that
-
Speaking of abdominal exercises, is it true when people say if you walk around with your stomach muscles tensed up/tighten that it helps to tone your stomach?? You know kinda like kegal exercises

I put this in my yogurt http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/65558-homemade-granola

Does anyone use the polar uplink took to upload it to your computer and track your progress? I read a little on it about holding the watch close to the computer speaker?? I have to try it sometime over the weekend.
-
I am on the smaller side (5'0" and 110lbs). According to my Polar F4 last night I walked for 1:15.39, was in my zone for 1:00.50, max HR 155 & burned 404 calories.
-
I have the Polar F4, depending on your budget and how many features you want, this model is the lowest model Polar sells to count calories.

I know this is an old thread but I also change mine as I gain/lose weight so it is as accurate as possible. In doing that I try to use the same scale to make sure the weight is accurate as well.
