Why not eat at night? I have my bedtime snack around 10 or 10:30 pm, and I make sure it's both sweet and salty to curb any junk food cravings (banana/chocolate protein shake and natural peanut butter on whole grain toast).

We didn't have the equipment at first either, though after a few weeks of making do we decided to order the sandbag and equalizer and it made a huge difference in the workouts. A lot of the exercises with equipment can be modified to use your own bodyweight, hand weights, kettlebells, a chair, etc.

No, sorry I haven't tried anything else :(

I haven't lost my sweet tooth at all... the only thing I can do is not buy any sweets otherwise I will just gobble them all up. I eat a lot of fruit, and I also make myself a chocolate/banana smoothie every day and I count that as my treat. Today I also made frozen banana 'ice cream': slice and freeze 2 medium bananas,…

I've been doing bodyrock workouts for about 3 and a half months now (I started MFP around the same time). I'm leaner and stronger than I've ever been and I haven't touched the weights at the gym since I started bodyrocking, though I still go to kickboxing and zumba classes for fun. The workouts are tough and you need to be…

The Body Fortress brand is my favorite too - yummy! I like to make chocolate and banana shakes. But I agree with the above as well, they are not necessary - you can eat your food instead of drink it too

www.bodyrock.tv or http://www.youtube.com/user/ZuzkaLight?feature=watch edited to add that they're both free, and they are short and intense workouts so they are easy to do while your baby is napping :)

6 months - for the first few months I went to the gym 4+ days/week. Then I found MFP and started doing bodyrock at home (still going to zumba twice a week too) and I found that much more effective in shedding the weight :)

Before my pregnancies I gained weight soon after getting married - neither my husband or I knew how to cook, so we went out to eat all of the time. At the time I still fit into my jeans, and I was going to the gym 5+ days/week so I didn't worry about it too much. I definitely did not have the muscle definition I wanted…

Yes, and every time one of us leaves the house without the other. We've been married 11 years and still so much in love!

I LOVE being a Canadian! Another one to add to the list: - Caesars (why does everyone else think clam and tomato juice sounds gross? lol - so tasty!)

I don't really like salads either - the only way I will eat spinach is if I grab a big handful (at least a cup) and blend it up in a smoothie so I can't taste it. I'm pretty picky about other veggies too - I don't like raw carrots, but boil or steam them and they're yummy. If you have a food processor you can blend them up…

I lovelovelove www.bodyrock.tv - I've been a bodyrocker for 3 months and I've never been more lean or strong!

Ouch, I know what you're going through, I had braces a couple of years ago - even a banana is going to hurt your teeth right now. I drank a lot of smoothies (use almond milk to avoid the dairy)! You can also look for some eat clean soup recipes, eat a spoonful of peanut butter, and oatmeal should be ok too (stir in some…

First meal is anytime between 7:30 and 8:30am. Last meal is my post-workout protein shake and peanut butter on toast, typically around 10 or 10:30pm.

You are gorgeous! What an inspiring transformation

I've lost about 20 lbs total, most before mfp, though I dropped the weight much faster once I started logging my food here. My diary is public, but to sum it up I calculated my military test body fat % on the fit2fatradio.com website, used that to calculate my BMR (on the same website) and added 200 to that number, and…

The entire time we were on vacation last week I felt so full all of the time, but that didn't stop me from eating whatever I wanted - soft pretzels, cotton candy, ice cream, dole whips, and lots and lots of restaurant food (with those gigantic restaurant portions!).

WOW!! Amazing transformation!
