  • I'm right there with you, same attitude, I always doubt that I can run, I have to get that out of my head. I did the exact same speeds with the exception of walking, I am a walker and walk fast but on day one I did 2.5 walking, 4.0 jogging. It busted my butt, but I am ready to go again today. Eventually I will do it…
  • I've been reading up on clean eating, which was originally introduced to me by my gyno a few years ago. I'm ready to give this a shot. I am looking for good results, I've been a lull all year, walk, exercise, but am still not eating right. It's time to do this for good.
  • I was a treadmill user and walker, I live in a cold climate so I joined a cheap gym and discovered the elliptical trainier, there is no strain on my legs of knees and I get one great workout in 25 minutes. I am losing inches and it feels great. It burns a lot more calories than the treadmill.

It's ok to have them, just not in excess. Excessive use of the wrong carbs leads to belly fat and increased chances of type 2 diabetes. Fruit has carbs, but…
  • I have noticed I don't get the tired feeling at 2:30 in the afternoon every day. I love healty foods now. I have given up eating bread, which always seemed to drag me down. I walk faster, I am in a better mood and not willing to come home and scarf a bunch of high fat and calorie foods for no reason. I have a long way to…
