  • Just finished my 4th Liter of water. That equates to 16.5 eight oz. glasses of water. I like getting my water intake out of the way as early as possible, so I'm not up all night.

  • Agreed...caffeine will increase your appetite. I lay off that stuff after breakfast. Drink that water...it will help supress your appetite for a bit.
