Everything that normal milk can get used in

Start with dumbbells and kettlebell. Still getting the lifting benefits. Or perhaps get a trainer to help learn form and how to do all the different types of lifting you could do. Some machines are great as well.
-
More protein and fiber. Perhaps eat every 2/4 hours? Nuts and other things when feeling peckish. Water

My sister is around that height and weight (sometimes a bit smaller) and she eats around 1600 on a normal day. Not sure on when she works out. But I'd up both a little bit. I do think 2000 is a little much. . 1700-1800 would be better.

I once had someone from Herbalife come talk to me when I was on the stationary bike. Kept showing me pictures of his own journey and his wives. Was very annoying.

Get healthier snacks so it's not as bad. Maybe set a time to eat (every 2-4 hours) Eat something that fills you up so you aren't snacking as much Meal prep. Everything will be done and you don't have to think about what to eat#/snack on Stay away from the kitchen Healthy snacks for your desk draw (almonds, etc)

Both. I have something small before and more protein filled food afterwards. Also a postworkout protein depending how hard I go

Yes. I walked more. Did zumba. Stationary bike. Squats. Gym machines

Water, flavored water, and tea helped me.

Do you have to? I don't think so. If anything a good postworkout protein would be beneficial to help you not feel as sore and helps build/repair the muscles. Also if you don't get enough protein then a meal replacement protein could help. When I first started i didn't really take anything. Maybe some protein powder here…

FB is probably the only site that I don't post fitness related things. Nobody really cares, anyways. Rather be here, instagram or something like that

Yogi tea does different ones

I'd just grab a few different sizes and try on the biggest first and hope the others fit better. Goodwill and other thrift stores are great when not wanting to spend a lot.

1360 days logged today Donated a few clothing items yesterday. Also got a pair of Nike dri-fit workout pants for $1 from Goodwill. Size M/8-10. I'm usually L/XL but they fit! Not sure if I mentioned this in my last post but noticed while at the gym my HR has been lower.

Loved reading all these and getting caught up! Hips are looking smaller Swimming practically every day (legit mermaid in the summer, nothing new there) Been out of the gym for a few months and started at Planet Fitness yesterday. Made some PRs, feeling sore but good. Was much needed! Looking forward to going tomorrow The…

Bust, hips and waist are the typical ones. Maybe arms and thighs if you want. Doing before pictures is good. Needs to be a lifestyle change. Moderation. Don't think of it as another diet. Set mini goals

Whatever fits in with your macros.

Just delete him. If he keeps messaging then block. You'll feel so much better

Squats, a kettle ball might help too. ShanaEmily on youtube has some great workouts. Mostly at the gym but uses dumbbells and other equipment as well.

Matcha tea has more caffeine in it and has healthy benefits.

Seems really quick. You could eat way more calories and still drop. Be sure to listen to your body

Sounds good. I'd probably have what you planned and a small salad.
