I haven't gone to the gym in about two months. Really s. ucks but I have been swimming more and using dumbbells in the meantime. Body is still getting smaller which I'm happy about. Understand why you feel that way. Maybe buy new clothes you feel good in, haircut, those type of things. Perhaps seeing a psychologist would help too. I personally love watching Learningtobefearless and loeylane/loeybug on youtube. Plus sized girls who are all about body positivity. Around size 14/16

Walk, zumba, Jillian Michaels videos and other vids. Elliptical, stationary bike, hiking, biking, lifting weights, dumbbells, machines at the gym. Swimming. Anything is better than doing nothing. YOU WILL GET BETTER AT IT.

My highest was 256. I'm not sure what I am right now but taking pictures, measurements are good to see how far you've came. Also good when the scale isn't changing much. Doing cardio and weights has really made the difference for my body. My long term goal is 118-125. Possibly even 130.

I would love to be 118-125. Maybe 130 depending how that looks on me. Strong. Atleast 25% body fat. 118 would be borderline underweight and normal bmi for my height.

I like almond milk more. Bit of lactose intolerant so it helps with that. They also have different kinds, with coconut and other such things.

Totally get it. But really need to put in the hard work, eat right and everything else. Plus doing strength training will really help show a difference.

But how is the food? Are you getting enough water? Measurements/photos. I'd also say its probably muscle taking over.

Fudge pops, chocolate pudding, smaller sized dark chocolate for the antioxidants, chocolate protein powders. Peanut Butter is also a good substitute. Nut butters or chocolate ones that have more protein in them. Frozen yogurt since it typically has less calories than normal ice cream.

You shouldn't eat all the burned calories. Atleast do half and see how that goes. There are lots of forums saying to eat half, none or all of them. Just got to figure out what works.

It will be a huge difference adding weight training. Wish I did it sooner! I also add some cardio too.

Mention to him/her that you are in their town and ask to get together? Maybe ask for tips about where to go and what to see. Perhaps they'd want to come along instead of just telling you places to go/see.
