Homemade pizza - like a treat! You know what is in it. He gets to learn a little about cooking. Win win Hummus and carrots or whatever he'd like with hummus Maybe make a few days a week where he can have 'junk food' but also limit it. Chocolate pudding is a good alternative to more unhealthy things.

That all depends on HOW much you've been eating. Also on your carb macros. Weight training mixed with cardio would be great. For me to like the elliptical, I have to watch a movie (one I've seen before so don't get distracted) sometimes watching the numbers, speed, calories can get annoying so having something in front of that makes me go harder and not stress about how long etc Also watching…

Make better food choices together. Know what is in it. Pack your own lunch (if she feels the need to do that). If she makes bakery items maybe have a smaller piece of them. Walk more. More water. Go harder at the gym. Could mainly be water weight

I was fairly skinny and then had a bad reaction to mosquito bites. Had a steroid shot to get rid of it. Ever since then I got bigger. Of course ate some bad foods at times too.

Once when I was younger i was at a store that sold gym equipment and other stuff. I went on the treadmill and went flying across the room. Few days ago i was trying one of the pull up type machines. Got on the area for your knees but it went down with me instead of staying at that level and it pushed my shirt up.
