But we don't have any cake right now ;) There was an older guy in a wheelchair yesterday at the gym. He was using the stationary bike. Not sure if that would be helpful? Maybe focus on upper body? Good luck!

I like the elliptical more. Find it easier to do while watching a movie, youtube, music rather than just staring at the machine or wall while doing it. Also doing a course is fun too. Healthy mix of cardio and weights is the best route.

More hourglass/pear shaped. Looked slimmer in general 1200 logging day streak. Killed it at the gym. I haven't gone so far in March so really glad i went. Also had a new top that says 'eat clean, train hard & #Letemhaveit' on it. Part of a 1stphorm challenge I'm doing. Made me go harder
