A couple weeks or so. Going pretty much everyday. Cardio and weight machines. Seeing more results in the stomach and butt. Arms are looking less flabby but not amazing results there right now.

For some reason when I have yogurt, small slice of dark chocolate, granola and coconut flakes it makes me have a lower carb count. Also makes me fuller and not wanting anything else sweet. I've noticed a huge difference in mixing cardio and doing weight machines (calf raisers, hip abduction, squats, other machines) I'd probably lower the carb intake. No foods really stick out though

Eat the best 'diabetic' foods that will give a boost. Maybe wakeup 2 hours earlier (1 hr workout, 1 hr to get ready) and start the day off right. I'd suggest a mix of cardio and weights. F what the doctor says, you need to do it for you. Also think of loved ones etc. Have you talked with a nutritionist? Might help…

You could go anywhere from 1500-1800 and still be good. Maybe even more. Everyone is different. Did you use TDEE method to get that amount?

I recently changed mine but currently at 30% C 35% P 35% F I feel like 20-30 is best for carbs. Mine do go over it from time to time though :/

On the stationary bike i like to pick a 'course'. Usually pick the Paris one. I like watching a movie (that ive seen before or else i feel like i might miss something if its new) or watch a bunch of youtube videos for x amount of time i want to be on the Elliptical. Music can be good too

Maybe not in a healthy way? Eat the right foods, stay in calorie goals, track macros. Exercise. Maybe mix cardio and weight lifting I was a 22/24. Currently in 18. Took me longer than 5 months. Might even be a 16... Haven't purchased/tried new clothes on in a while

Mine came within a week of 'signing up' for it. Apple - decent, first taste was odd but got better, wish the apple pieces were bigger Cinnamon roll - Didn't really taste like one, bland looking, was still good Apple was way better Favorite: chocolate chip and cookies n creme. You can't really target areas but squats, lunges, glute exercises in general can make it firmer while reducing the rest of it..
