I have no ideal! the see food eat food diet0

I recently changed mine but currently at
30% C
35% P
35% F
I feel like 20-30 is best for carbs. Mine do go over it from time to time though

50-60% carbs
Also had a PCOS diagnosis0 -
that said I don't focus on carbs but on hitting minimum protein and fats by grammes - I find that makes it more sustainable .. once I've hit those minimums and have a good nutritional balance then anything is on the table0
-
I seem to naturally hit about 500

Set to 20/20/60.

Yes I was just going to post that, great group.0 -
20% to a max of 25% .0

I come in usually between 25-30% for carbs. Basically whatever is left over after prioritising protein and fats.0

I am <5% and lose well when in a slight deficit but I am also aiming for ketosis. I have insulin resistance so that might be part of the reason very LCHF suits me so well.0

I have no clue because I never track what days I lost weight versus macros. I'd imagine higher carb days are probably worse for the next day as I would tend to have higher water retention with them than from fats.
For actual fat loss, I find it doesn't matter, my body will juggle the macros around internally to result in oxidating fat that works out to around .9 grams of fat and .1 grams of water from its stores for every 9 calories I burned above maintenance.0 -
I tend to be in the 40-45% range, but I don't really make a concerted effort to hit a certain number. That's just where I tend to fall naturally.
I make much more of an effort to hit protein and fat minimums, and just let the rest fall where it may.0 -

I am disappointed with the failure to make subtle use of the pun "and let the chips fall where they may" in reference to carb macros.0 -
I don't worry about carbs for weight loss because they are irrelevant to weight loss. My diet is probably close to 50% carbs...I'm a whole foods nut, so most of them come from whole grains, legumes, lentils, potatoes, sweet potatoes, fruit, and veg, etc.

I guess that blows my nomination for "Most Punny MFP poster of the year". Of course...it's only February. I can still rebound

Thanks
Though if I had thought it through better, I would have sat on the bench by the 60 lb dumbbells instead of the 12.5ers

I assumed that was kilos...our Weights are in kilos ... that would have made it 27.5lbs ...0 -
I typically hover around 48% during my rolling 7-day average. I've only been going just over a month, and continue to see loss. Once it slows down or a hit a plateau, I'll reduce carbs to 35% and increase proteins from 20 to 35% and see if that jumpstarts anything. But for now I'm content with the 48% in carbs each day since it is still creating loss for me each week since January 3.0

I aim for 35%c, 35%p and 30%f. I typically look at it weekly more so than daily. Works for me!
