I had some lower abdomen pain from working out. I took 3 days off. I'd take some time but also have something with lots of protein (food or protein powder/both ways). Eating things with potassium and magnesium in them. Ended up going to the gym today and felt no pain :)

Great effort! Maybe try to jog/run a little bit too or check out certain walking workouts like the couch to 5k ones. They also have mapmywalk I agree it all comes down to the goals. Also if it makes you feel good then do it. Maybe even visit other areas/terrain if you feel like you need something different

I use the app so don't get to see the person's actual about me and all of that. I usually add everyone who sends a request - message or not. It can be done. I'd focus on the macros more than the calories Suggestion: play those sports you like or find something that lets that competition out in you.

Killed it at the gym today. Did so many machines and the stationary bike. Felt so strong. It's been a while since I went to the gym so was proud i did more than just the bike.

Got a pair of shorts a size smaller a few weeks ago. They fit perfectly in the store but now the butt was a bit saggy and noticed some give in the waist. Guess I'll need to go a size down near Christmas! Also did a workout today. Wasn't much but feel good about it since been slacking with exercise lately
