i did it!!! I did them in 4 sets of 25..alternated 25 pushups then 25 squats..really kicked my butt but 100 are done!!! adn knocked 2 birds with one stone :) thanks!

How has that worked for you with weight loss?? I try to juggle them both but drinking isnt helping, especially BEER! lol Have you seen any progress? I am going to do this too just looking to see if u have had any change. thanks

LOL I thought I was the only one! I dont care so much at the gym as long as I find a treadmill not in front of anybody but outside I HATE it! yea spandex shorts should do it!:smile:
