A week is behind us now. FIrst week of the the month, AND First week of a whole new year. We tend to over-think / over-apply "emotional value" to this time period. Maybe you used some (or even all) of your 3 pass days already. Maybe you were "extra good" ... but the effort is starting to slip as you get back into post NYβ¦

Thank you. I think I know what I will replace it with for my "creative habit" thing .... another doesn't-take-long daily "aim for doodle-style" thing that might even be my focus for the β30 Days to Better Habitsβ email course.

Do you track everything? Every day? Or do you skip higher calorie times? I mostly track everything. I also very rarely ate out even BEFORE covid .... so when we did at a restaurant I would look up the menu ahead of time and work my day around that. Only for very rare home-cooked Special Event meals (where I am not hostessβ¦

You got that right! AND it instills CHAMPION habits / routines / thinking while you practice ... even people who have 4+ passes usually end the month in a better place on Day 30 (or 31) than they were at on Day 1 πππππππππππ
