I weighed 01/10/17 and had a 1lbs loss, then T.O.M. and weight 01/17/17 and gained .5lb did not weigh myself today. I do weight and measure. my diary is open to check macros

Sorry..Its open now. Yes..this is the beginning of my 4th week. I research some about lifting and from research came up with this that I felt was a good beginners workout. I usually life 3-4 times a week along with the cardio. fyi I don't log my exercises I just try to eat max 1800 cals/day

As far I can guess, fat is a source of energy..eat less and your body uses it..move more and your body uses it as well. Lifting weights is a form of movement that requires energy. BTW I like heavy lifting and the way my body reacts to it.. <3

How do you want to maintain/live after reaching your goal? I don't use the MFP formula. I want to be able to eat 2000 cal/day once I reach my goal. The average weightloss is 1-2lbs/week, the way i see it if you lost 7 in 4weeks, then you have lost at least 1.5 months of weight. You're on track! Good Luck!

If its off your routine, I would record it since the other data you have logged is due to your regular routine.

I consume 1600/day and dont log exercise calories. If i do go over, I dont fret...
