I'm 5'6" and 177 lbs, my goal is around 145-150 lbs. I currently wear a size 12 in jeans, my goal would be to fit into a 10 with room. The smallest size i've ever worn was a 7 and about 140 pounds, which lasted all but about 1 year when I was in my 20's. I don't think my body liked that size....I've never been "small"...
