  • quinoa is very filling... it's a grain and high in protien. mix it in with a salad it helps. it only takes 15 minutes to make. I have a tight schedule too and try to make it interesting for the whole family. cut up veggies for yourself and have hummus or low calarie dip as snacks.
  • yep - abs are so much more defined!!!! it is the muscle. you look much healthier!!
  • for protien - try lentils or quinoa, (get it at sprouts or winco - it's cheaper). beans and grains are a god filler. item.
