Here...Here!! I have a friend who's husband thinks she needs to look like she did back in highschool. That's not reality. She has 3 children, a full time job and back in highschool she was way to thin. Y do some men think a woman needs to be Angelina Jolie thin???

My weight has affected my marriage but it's because of me. My husband is still attracted to me even though i gained a bunch of weight since we got married. The problem is how i view myself. I pack my own food and keep it in a cooler under my desk. I work in a small lab and if i go back to the break room i always manage to come back to my office with some sort of junk. So i keep the cooler and a bunch of water under my desk to keep from being tempted to see what "junk" the drug reps have brought back to us.

I love my Pepsi but i discovered it was the sweet drink i craved and not the caffeine. I switched to crystal lights or make some flavored green teas. Good luck ^_^

I'm mostly drinking it cause i get bored of water and it was a substitute for soda. But i'm going to look into Propel or flavored green teas

I am drinking the G2 series. Problem is it's 80 cals and 160mg sodium a serving. I drink a 32 oz bottle which is 2.5 servings. So the sodium intake is killer. Might have to switch to propel
