I teach Zumba classes 4 days per week! I love it! It is my addiction! I've never tried any of the games, but want to get the new Zumba core one to try.

I was recently diagnosed with Grave's Disease (hyperthyroidism), and the medicine has not only lowered my thyroid levels but my metabolism and immune system as well.
