I started 30 Day Shred back in the Spring. I was on level 2 but had to stop because I was in an auto accident. But since then I have recovered and completed it! I began it again using heavier weights. I also teach Zumba Fitness classes several times a week. I love the combinations of cardio with weights!!

I was actually surprised at how high it was, but it was only taken from one spot, so maybe I'll do it more acurately from different spots on my body and see if it's different. Thank you everybody. I am going to my first physical therapy appointment tomorrow, so hopefully I'll get moving in the right direction again. I appreciate the suggestions and concerns. Thanks! I appreciate the suggestions. Right now it hurts to move, but hopefully that will ease up soon and I can slowly begin to exercise again. I'm having a hard time just being still. I like to workout and miss it!

My gain started when I had to begin taking medication for an overactive thyroid. It slowed my metabolism and the weight began to creep up. I soon found this site and it has helped with keeping me on track with eating healthy (most of the time) and exercise. I love MFP!!
