Please do not do anything to dehydrate yourself. You will already not be drinking much on your wedding day, so don't make it any worse. Plus, when you're dehydrated, your body actually retains water, causing you to bloat. So actually drinking MORE water would be better.

Absolutely wear Spanx.

Oh, another one... Waffle House has calories listed right on the menu now, for every item. There are actually some really decent options there. I would have assumed it was all bad.
-
Ruby Tuesday now has calories printed on the menu for the "light" items. I found it very helpful.

I don't think the pear shape is a curse, as people are more apt to notice my small waist than my gargantuan hips. That's what I tell myself, anyway. For me it's definitely the outer thigh that never goes away, no matter how much I lose.

I buy jeans at Lane Bryant for about $50. They also have really decent jeans at Wal-Mart. The Just My Size brand comes in a dark wash bootcut jean for about $18 and they're actually great. That being said, it only cost about $8-10 to have jeans hemmed and it really helps. I am 5'5" and have nearly all my jeans hemmed.

I want my husband to look at me and think that I have a sexy body to match my personality.

^^This is correct.

Good luck to you! Be sure to focus some attention on strengthening your core/abdominal muscles. It really helps with breath support! (But I'm sure you already know that. )

You might also consider using a portion plate. It is like a divided plate that helps you limit or fulfill the dietary requirements of specific food groups. Perhaps you could find one that fits your diet's needs. Here's an example: http://www.preciseportions.com

In my experience, you can't correctly measure your food if you aren't using the appropriate method. It's just not accurate. That being said, if using the food scale is causing obsessive behavior, then the inaccuracy of a measuring cup might be the lesser of the two evils. And since you are trying to gain weight instead of…

Open your diary and let us have a look.

We went together and designed my ring. It was custom-made for me, so there was production time. He did not tell me how long it was going to take to be made or when he got it, so the proposal was still a surprise when it happened.

You hate losing ounces? What do you think pounds are made of?

Mine's open.

Um, it has cheddar cheese, bacon, and ranch dressing on it. What did you expect?

My husband is a very healthy weight, but he completely supports my efforts to eat healthfully. He helps me cook good meals and sometimes cooks them on his own. He has learned to avoid many of the caloric pitfalls like using excess oil or cheese. He encourages eating at home instead of going out to eat by doing all the…

The fat content of ground turkey can be as high as ground beef. To see a caloric benefit of turkey over beef, you should look specifically for ground skinless turkey breast. That is about 99% lean whereas regular ground turkey will contain skin and dark meat and have a higher fat content.

Because from a young age men are taught to be comfortable with their bodies while women are taught that their naked bodies are shameful, especially if they're less than perfect.

I wear makeup every day. It helps me look polished and like I care about my appearance. (I'm not saying the opposite is true for others, just that this is true for me personally.) If I'm just running to the store or on an errand, I might just wear tinted moisturizer and mascara, but that's pretty much my bare minimum. Most…

I do not know what the meat is. I was just using that picture as an example for Broccoli Rabe (I found the picture online).

I weigh every day (not recommended for everyone, but it works for me), but I only log my weight on Fridays.

The dark leafy greens look like Broccoli Rabe to me:

You can probably look up the values for just a regular (plain) biscuit, and then subtract that from the values of the bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

At this point I am trying to decide between a ring or a bracelet, and between an anchor or a ship's wheel. I really want something relatively inconspicuous.

I do 1,500 a day. My diary is open so you're welcome to take a look.

I am losing weight so my husband and I can start trying to have a family. (I guess it would be pretty weird to wear a bracelet with pictures of babies that aren't mine...)

I thought I hated vegetables, too, but it turns out I just hated the way they were being served to me. Now that I cook for myself, I have fallen in love with roasting or grilling vegetables. Roasted asparagus is absolutely my favorite, and I also love roasted zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, and green beans (yes! you can…

Angel food cake with strawberries is pretty low-cal.
