I have been heavy and I have been slim(ish), and I can tell you that "attractiveness" isn't suddenly created when you lose weight. On my own face, though, I did discover that losing weight helped my attractive features become more noticeable/visible. I have great eyes, but they become a little hidden when my face gains…

This looks very similar to the 10-year old one I love: https://amzn.com/B00SWZMY9A

Personally I prefer a scale that weighs in increments of 0.1 lbs so that it's more accurate. Most scales weigh in 0.2 or 0.5 lb increments. My scale is a Weight Watchers scale and is very reliable, but I've had it for 10+ years so I'm not sure they even make them any more.

The polka dot dress is the best. It is the most flattering to your figure. Dress #3 is only so-so. Dresses #1 and #2 do not fit you well and are not flattering to your figure at all. Nor are they appropriate for a wedding, especially not #2 (way too short). I think if you wear the polka dot dress and accessorize it with…

I am a pear-shaped woman, too, and I love dresses. Any dress with a waistband under the bust and a skirt that flares out will look great on your shape. I think these could look lovely for your wedding: http://www.dressbarn.com/detail/embroidered-surplice-dress/101438163/879…

The fact that losing the weight doesn't automatically fix all the other non-weight-related problems in your life, even though you think your life will be perfect if you could just weigh less.

I use sugar free creamer. Coffeemate Sugar Free Hazelnut creamer is 15 calories per tbsp. Personally, I don't care for the sugar free hazelnut flavor, but I really enjoy the sugar free caramel macchiato flavor (same calorie count). I also sweeten with splenda (2-3 packets) so that I only have to use 1 tbsp of creamer per…

My solution was to find something I really enjoy doing it. When I try to walk on the treadmill (aka dreadmill), I completely hate it. I start clock-watching about ten minutes in. But when I do Zumba, I love it! The time flies by and an hour is gone before I know it. And I want to keep going! I am always disappointed that…

Here it is for $45 from Sears. This is the women's model, though. http://www.sears.com/polar-ft4-female-fitness-computer/p-00614450000P?prdNo=1&blockNo=1&blockType=G1

I paid less than that for my FT7 on Amazon. An FT4 would be worth $65, yes, but that is not the best price out there.

Today is Valentine's Day. So, yes, today I have eaten far more sweets than on any "normal" day. But I stayed under my calorie goal nonetheless.
-
About two weeks ago. Maybe you're referring to the days I earned exercise calories? Like I said, I don't usually eat many of them.
-
You probably went back far enough to see the days where I had my target set at 1,500. Now that it's 1,950, those days look low.
-
Thanks for the advice so far. And to recap, all three bits of advice I got regarding cutting calories were effectively the same. You all may not agree about much, but ultimately you all recommended that I try reducing my calories to the 1650-1715 range.
-
Yes, as you will see in my original post, this is what I am doing. My TDEE - 20% is 1960, so I'm eating 1950 a day.
-
The answer is 1960.
-
I do NET over 1,200 every day.

I did answer that in my original post. It has been six weeks since I have lost any weight.
