Has anyone followed the 10-day program that's outlined in the Zumba Exhilarate program guide? (I am referring to the DVD rotation only, not the food plan.) If so, what were your results in the first 10 days? I am doing day 2 today.

I love doing Turbo Jam and Zumba DVDs for my workouts, but the only places in my home where I have room to do them is on carpet.
