I start with a chobani yogurt or a fruit (banana or apple), then in between breakfast and lunch I have a fiber one or kellogs breakfast bar.

You can buy bags of frozen fruits, or use fresh fruit. I usually use fresh bananas and buy the large bags of frozen tropical fruit from wal-mart.
