I know I didn't post the question but thank you all for the suggestions....going to start eating back my exercise calories (at least 1/2 of them) and get some vitamin B, and iron supplements! I see my doctor for an annual check up...maybe have some bloodwork done to see if I am deficient! Thank you all again!

I am experiencing the same thing...became a vegetarian in January, started working out about 1 1/2 months ago and I am exhausted. Most of the time I get the amount of protein that MFP suggests that I get. I know cottage cheese has 14g of protein in a 1/2 cup. I eat 1 cup everyday for breakfast. Quinoa has good protein too!…

i attempted to do JM killer buns and thighs this morning after I had already done 40 minutes on the treadclimber! I was only able to do maybe 10 minutes...ugh! I felt like it was going too fast and I wasn't able to do the exercises correctly, especially when you kind of had to bounce in between each move! Has anyone done…

I have about 12 lbs to lose...although, I like where my weight is now...I think it is more that I want to tone the butt and thighs! I am afraid if I lose much more weight, I won't have any boobies left! :frown:

Thanks for answering my question. I am a vegetarian (since 1/2012). I try to make most of my diet more vegetables, fruit, beans, whole grains and stay away from the unhealthy carbs.
