Anyone use or have used a soloflex? My fiance just purchased one...with the leg extensions. Will I get the same results as if I were using weights! I have read so many post about heavy lifting and now I am wondering if I won't get the results I want with the Soloflex!!

I have lost 4 lbs. since joining MFP...I had lost 12 lbs. before joining! My current weight is 147 lbs. I am 5'6". My goal weight is 130 lbs.
