I walk, hike, climb mountains, treadmill (have one at home), bike...have some dumbells that I use to. I do squats, lunges etc.

I love veggie burgers! My all time favorite is Morning Star black bean burger 1/4 lb. I eat it on a sandwich thin with tomatoe and onion...and a bit of ketchup! I haven't eaten meat in 7 months...don't even miss it!

I occasionally eat at Subway....Veggie delite sub on oat honey 9 grain roll (4 grams of fiber)...veggies include cucumber, spinach, tomatoe, onion, green peppers, jalapeno, red peppers!!!! Yummy! I take Women's Daily multivitamin with minerals. I am a vegetarian and want to make sure I am getting everything I need...especially the iron!

I eat black bean burgers, seitan, quinoa, cottage cheese...these foods are some of my favorites! I try to only eat past 1 - 2 times a week and eat lots of veggies! Good luck!

I eat stewed tomatoes and fresh tomatoes several times a week....I consistantly lose 1 lb a week! My stewed tomatoes are either no sodium or low sodium!

I work night shift...I workout as soon as I get home for about an hour. Three days a week in the evening I do strength training. On my days off, it varies!

I started January 1st...weight 163 lbs. Started eating vegetarian, then regularly exercising in May. Current weight 140 lbs. I am 5'6". It has been slow but steady. My goal weight is 130lbs. but thinking I really don't want to lose much more...boobies are disappearing :frown:
