Same here. I have however been assured, by a few people on here, that the losses can take some weeks to kick in.

I buy some Weightwatchers meals, and also some stores own brand (if they are low enough in calories)

Water is only really lost in the initial stage. It worked for me, I lost alot of weight, and kept it off. I didn't put any back on when I came off the diet. I'm just sad that my limited range of foods that I like restricted me

I lost alot of weight low carbing, but now I'm not losing anything. I only stopped low carbing as I'm a fussy eater, and it really limited me

Do you have an Iphone? I have downloaded the app on there, and it's really quick to add food and excercise.

That's what I was thinking, for people who might drink caffeinated coke's. I don't drink caffeine at all. I like tea, but I have decaff tea

I've always had sugar free lemonade and always will. I hate water. Never had a headache from sugar free lemonade.

WW and SW are businesses. They are sucessful because people go back to them time after time. I've started to notice my biceps toning, but it's my triceps and the hanging fat I'm more concerned with. No difference to my triceps so far :/

I think you should be proud of everyday you simply stick to your diet & fitness regime. If you have a wobble, then also be proud on the day you write that off and carry on. It's not all about losses, as some weeks you may not have any.

I'm in the UK, and where I live the tap water is great. If I were to ever buy a bottle of water, I'd by own brand spring water and not overpriced brands
