Hello, In the past I had lost 57 lbs and then over the past two years gained it all back. I want to get it off and stick to it this time. I have roughly 50 lbs I am interested in losing. I will add you and hopefully we can keep each other accountable :)

I am going to Las Vegas next Wednesday for 5 days and I am bummed that I will most likely end up being set back on getting to my goal but I am going to try and enjoy myself. I think my mindset is a bit frustrated because I lost so much weight and then went on maintenance and after that I fell off the wagon for 2 months due to stress and emotional eating and gained 5 lbs (still dealing with the stress and doing my best to handle my food intake). I workout usually everyday, burning 350-500 on a normal day, there have been other days where I have burnt more than that though, but that is usually on the weekends when I have more time during the day.

Well, I changed my calories. I bumped them up to 1350 which is slightly above my BMR. I am hoping upping it slightly, will help me keep things under control (while not feeling deprived).

I also have been struggling with a large amount of un-needed stress, but losing 57 lbs last year (which I am sure had a lot of stress in it at some point.) shows me that I didn't let my stress rule my eating habits then. So I am not sure exactly why I fell off, and why it is so hard to stick to it again. :/

Thank you for your kind words. I know I have come far, but what scares me is that I fell off the wagon. I think I need to look inside myself to see why I did that to realize how to keep from doing that again. I have my entire life to keep this weight off, but I don't want to fall off the wagon anymore, I want to enjoy life…

I would get the Core so that you won't need to connect to your phone. Honestly it is just as cool to see your results at the end of the day rather then obsess about it all day long by constantly checking your phone. I like the Core better because it is smaller and more stylish of the two. I hope this helps.

The tracking your sleep part is insanely trippy. I was able to see each time I wasn't fully asleep throughout the night. It is really interesting :)

That makes a lot of sense, at first I thought about just eating the maintenance (1650), and ease into eating the exercise calories back slowly if I was still losing to balance it out. It is just weird thinking about eating 1650 a day, when I am so used to 1175-1200 a day :)
