I've lost 52 lbs (I have 12 to go) and I still feel fat. I can see the difference in the number on my pants (went from a 12 to a 4), and I wear size XS/S shirts (used to wear M/L) but I still feel like certain parts of me are huge. I wish I could get out of this mindset, I don't know why I am stuck.

Well for me this week is full of my normal workout routine. However my boyfriend is going home for Christmas from the 23rd-29th so I can add to my workouts and have double workouts everyday! I am 5'5 My highest weight was 220. (Then I lost 40lbs just by getting out of a bad relationship 4 years ago) I started hardcore dieting and working out in February 2011 at 184 lbs which is when I joined MFP I am now 137.4 lbs would like to be 120-125 lbs depending on how much I gain when I tone.

I started level 2 yesterday, and it was quite a difference then level 1 but I enjoyed it. I am feeling it today too. I can't wait to do it again tonight :)

I am going to try to burn as much as possible while I am sick... I want to do great this week and this cold that I got today just isn't very helpful. :( I could use some encouragement ladies. Being sick and trying to figure out how much workout is TOO much while sick is complicated :/

This week I have been amping up my workouts... burning almost double what I normally do because I know on Thanksgiving and the days following it i won't be getting the intense workout I am used to getting (I am going camping) so I wont have my elliptical. But I plan to eat smaller portions and limit my dessert intake haha

I can never be 100% spot on will all my categories. I am usually always good on my sodium and calories but I can't keep on top of the others.
