30 Day Shred Level 2

Started it today and it is pretty intense. I can do all the moves without too many adjustments. I don't know if it is just that I am pushing myself harder or that I really am stronger after 12 days of Level 1. It went well and I am surprised. I can really feel it in my legs too and in my abs which is cool.

Anyone else starting Level 2?

    I started level 2 yesterday, and it was quite a difference then level 1 but I enjoyed it. I am feeling it today too. I can't wait to do it again tonight :)

    I am on day 9. Will be starting day level 2 in 2 days. Have you lost any weight? I haven't been I notice my thighs toning up.

    I haven't done level 2 in a while but those planks positions killed me when I did them. Keep up the good work.

    The planks are what did me in today.

    I did lose weight but it could be the dieting too. I have lost almost 4 lbs and 4 inches in the 12 days I did Level 1. It took me 17 days to do 12 days of level 1 because I injured myself and had to take a break after 8 days. When I went back to it I was beat so I stuck with it until I could finish it without stopping then started Level 2 today. I think if I had done 10 consecutive days I would have lost more inches.
