Thank you, i've started the 30 day shred now, and i'm going for 30 minute walks a day so i am getting 30 minutes of just cardio and 25 minutes of circuit training I have also upped my kcal into from 1200 to 1510 due to my BMR

I've done the 30 Day Shred a couple of times but I have never kept it up. I need motivation guys, someone help me! I've heard so much good reviews about it! I think someone should add me and motivate me every morning to do it! Looks like your all doing so well, well done :) x
