I'm stuck and really need help.
I can eat healthy, keep control of my diet, and exercise, and i don't loose anything! Or I can eat not so great, and I stay the same, I don't gain. I feel like i've come to a stop! Anything anyone can suggest to help me loose those extra lbs or shall i cut my kcal intake down even more, it's 1200 at the minute x

Weight Loss has slowed down. Help...
I'm currently 11Stone11lbs after having my first baby 4 months ago. I wen't up to 15Stone and a half when I was about to pop. I was 10Stone6lbs before having my baby, but weight loss has slowed down, i lost10 lbs when i started dieting and now its taking ages to drop off. i lost 1lb this month :/ x

Hello I'm a new mum and I don't have all that much time to exercise and tone! I do a lot of walking, with the dog and friends, and sometimes i go out on my bike for 30 minutes. What things can I do, in house? That are quick, but NOT easy lol. I want quicker results xxxx
