New Mum and exercise

Hello
I'm a new mum and I don't have all that much time to exercise and tone!
I do a lot of walking, with the dog and friends, and sometimes i go out on my bike for 30 minutes.
What things can I do, in house? That are quick, but NOT easy lol. I want quicker results xxxx

    u Can try some home workout dvds, like 30 day shred etc.... U cna google some which are about 20-30 mins but u can sweat a lot, maybe when ur lo is napping
