Pretty sure. I've heard no there's not.. but you can help eliminate the looks of it.. drinking lots of water. And massage the area, rub it with a brush to stimulate blood flow to the area, yoga helps too because of blood flow. All from what I've hard from repetitive sources, worth a try though :]

My names melissa, I'm looking for motivation, I tried 30 day shred for like 3 days then stopped. I'm 5'4 and at 190. I guess this is a sign I found this group today as I was contemplating going downstairs and starting 30 day shred over again and getting motivation to start working out in general. :] I guess ill be headed…

I did it one time 3 days ago. I couldn't walk so I took 2 days off lol. I have NO leg muscles so totally excited to gain strength and lose weight. Mayy 1st!!1

I have 30 day shred and also the yoga meltdown, I was planning on starting the yoga but ill start the 30 day shred so we can all be on the same level :)
