Is there any way to get rid of it? I eat well, work out about 5 times a week but I have always hadd "jiggly" & "dimpley" thighs. No matter how much I run, do squats, lunges etc I can not seem to get rid of this. Is it just hereditary? I would love to firm up in this area!
I am 5'6 and about 144lbs.

Pretty sure. I've heard no there's not.. but you can help eliminate the looks of it.. drinking lots of water. And massage the area, rub it with a brush to stimulate blood flow to the area, yoga helps too because of blood flow. All from what I've hard from repetitive sources, worth a try though :]0

Genetic. It's tissue and unless you remove the actual tissue from your body, you'll always have it.
